Warm Tips:

1. Whether your computer is a lapto or a desktop computer, your USB interface may be USB 3.0 or USB 2.0. If connected to USB3.0 port, resolution is adjustable and the maximum resolution can be up to 1920×1080@60Hz(1080p). If connected to USB2.0 port, resolution is 800×600@60Hz.

2. If your screen resolution setting is more than 1920*1080, please adjust the resolution to 1920*1080, otherwise it will not work.
