How did we get our start?
Our co-founders, Sam and D, are passionate about movement. They’ve explored many movement patterns—weightlifting, rock climbing, martial arts, sports, and more. They value physical health and mastering their favorite ways to move, believing it enriches their lives.
They turned that appreciation and experience into the first Zinsk decks, including the Core and Abs deck, because everything starts with a strong, stable core. Since then, Zinsk has developed new decks for beginners eager to start moving and for those seeking more variety in their workouts.
