I severely broke my wrist where the hand and arm bones meet back in December 2024. My bones started to heal the bones in my wrist backwards and to the side. So I had to have surgery and have two plates and a pin in it to hold it in place. I'm in physical therapy now and when I saw this wrist ball I thought it might help me gain strength back in my wrist, and arm. When I got it I thought it might be too heavy for my wrist. So I gave it a try and I was surprised that it really wasn't that heavy at all. As I was using the wrist ball I found it actually was easy to use. Not only did this wrist ball help my wrist it was also exercising my arm as well. Which is great because I've lost a lot of strength in my whole arm from it being in a cast so long. The next day my muscles in my arm felt a little sore from using the wrist ball. I'll going to bring the wrist ball to my physical therapist to show her because she said she might order a couple for treatment by building back strength in other patients that need to strengthen their arm. I'm so glad that this worked out for me. I definitely would recommend this wrist ball to anyone I know that might need to strengthen their arm/wrist.

Great idea but it’s too small. Probably for women only. The hole is too small. I’m 5-9 and it squeezes and hurt my fist.

I got this for myself but everyone in my family finds this weirdly fun. Like a giant fidget spinner. This means that all of us tend to accidentally overdo it and then get sore later. But I can honestly tell you this is the first time in my life I've ever accidentally exercised too much, lol!!! So I think this is a winner. My husband and both teens enjoy it too. It's very smooth and satisfying to "play with" though it's a bit bumpy when you're first starting. But then you get it going and it feels like you could go forever. Until you realize your mistake and that you're going to be hurting tomorrow! It exercises muscles that are hard to get to because of the round and round action. And the pink color means no one has taken it off to their own bedroom. It's very quiet and doesn't have any need for assembly. It's held up well to hours of spinning now so I think it's really good quality. It does the job!

Picked the white one to match my other gym training tool , love how it lets you rotate your wrist smoothly in all directions, it really hits muscles that regular exercises miss . It’s super easy to use at home while watching TV or taking a break from work , If you want to train your arms without hitting the gym, this thing is the one .
