[Step 2] Reset the tag: quickly press the button 5 times, hold 5th press until tone for factory reset and re-pair in Find My app.
Is the tag certified by Apple?

Are they waterproof?
Yes,Air 4 tag with an IP68 rating, the tracker tag are protected against heavy splashing and water jets.They are suitable for various outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, running, cycling, etc.
Does this Tracker Tag use compass style directions like Apple AirTag which can lead me to the exact location?
All products compatible with ‘Find My’ do not have a compass feature. In Bluetooth range（Diameter： Up to 350ft/100M）you can play a sound to find it.
Can it fit in an Apple AirTag holder?
